In December 2020, we announced the launch of the Future Software Developer Now Programme. In collaboration with Create Jobs and Mayor of London Digital Talent Programme, together, we will deliver a six-week Software Engineering Programme for tech-savvy 18–24-year-olds from diverse backgrounds.

Here at YSYS, we were extremely excited to have partnered with the Venture Studio from Crisis in December 2020 for an exclusive office hours. We worked with the Venture Studio to connect and provide guidance to founding teams who are looking to positively impact the future of homelessness in the UK through tech. Venture Studio from Crisis exists to invest in, support, and create ventures to end homelessness.


Back in September, we partnered with Create Jobs and Mayor Of London to deliver a 6-week training programme giving young people between 18–24 years of age in London Boroughs the tools to learn the soft and hard skills needed to break into the digital design industry.

The course provided practical work experience for aspiring Digital Product Designers. Workshops were delivered online by industry experts from Sparck, Google, Reebok, Hero, and Publicis Sapient and covered topics such as user research, prototyping, project management, and more.

We welcomed 25 amazing young creatives, split into 5 teams supported by mentors. …
